Students at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University celebrated International Literacy Day.

On September 8, 2025, third-year students of the Economics program at the Higher School of Economics and Business at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University held a mentoring hour dedicated to International Literacy Day. This event was organized and aimed at raising young people's interest in knowledge and promoting awareness of the important role of literacy in modern society. During the mentoring hour, students discussed the historical and social significance of literacy, the rise of education worldwide, and new aspects of literacy in the information society. They also emphasized the importance of digital literacy, using literary sources and statistical data.
