The CSAM-2025 International Conference has started in KazNU
The X International Scientific and Practical Conference "Computer Science and Applied Mathematics" (CSAM-2025) has started its work at al-Farabi Kazakh National University. The forum is organized by the Institute of Information and Computing Technologies of the Science Committee of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan in cooperation with Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Turan University and Lublin Technical University (Poland).
The large-scale conference brought together leading scientists, researchers and representatives of the IT industry from Kazakhstan, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Vietnam, Hungary, Georgia and other countries. During the forum, participants will discuss current trends in the development of computer science, computational mathematics, artificial intelligence and cybersecurity.

Opening the event, Chairman of the International Program Committee, Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Physico-Mathematical Sciences, Professor Maksat Kalimoldaev noted that the conference has become one of the key scientific platforms in the region, where new ideas are formed and joint projects are born.

At the forum, Margulan Ibraimov, Vice Rector for Research and Innovation at al-Farabi Kazakh National University, made a welcoming speech, emphasizing that the modern development of science is inextricably linked with the introduction of digital technologies and the strengthening of international cooperation.

The conference program includes plenary reports, thematic sessions and discussion panels. Special attention is paid to the issues of mathematical modeling, optimization of computing processes, artificial intelligence, big data, digital engineering and cybersecurity.

Following the results of the conference, a collection of scientific papers will be published, and the best articles will be published in reputable scientific publications, including journals included in the international databases Scopus and Web of Science. The CSAM-2025 conference will last until October 11.
