Topical Issues of Improving the Quality of Higher Education Discussed

Within the framework of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) No. 4 “Quality Education” and No. 17 “Partnerships for the Goals”, on October 15, 2025, the faculty members of the Department of Economics, Higher School of Economics and Business of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, held a meeting with the Head of the Department of “Metrology and Standardization” of Bukhara State Technical University, Candidate of Technical Sciences Bakhtyor Babakulovich Tairov, and the Head of the Department for Quality Assurance in Education, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Alisher Kholmurodovich Gafforov.

During the meeting, the participants discussed current issues of improving the quality of higher education, the use of innovative technologies in the educational process, and ways to enhance international cooperation. They also considered opportunities for implementing joint research projects and academic mobility programs.
