Lecture on “Immunology of Infectious Diseases”

On October 22, 2025, at the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, a lecture was delivered for second-year master’s students of the “7M05119 – Reproductive Genetics” educational program.
The session was conducted by PhD Aizhan Izbasarovna Zhussupova, Associate Professor of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, as part of the UN SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being initiative.
The lecture, titled “Immunology of Infectious Diseases,” covered topics such as biological agents, disease prevalence, molecular mechanisms, transmission routes, and preventive measures.
Students gained valuable insights into the immunological aspects of infectious processes and modern approaches to infection prevention.
