Cooperation with the Kvant company will be established

Vice-Rector for Research and Innovation Margulan Ibraimov met with a delegation from JV Kvant, a representative of the Russian corporation Rosatom Quantum Technologies, at al-Farabi Kazakh National University.

During the talks, the parties discussed the prospects for the development of mutual cooperation in the scientific and innovative field, the implementation of joint projects and the exchange of experience in the field of quantum technologies.

Vice Rector of KazNU Margulan Ibraimov noted the high level of economic and scientific relations between Kazakhstan and Russia.

"The partnership between our countries is reaching a new level. KazNU, as a research university ranked among the top 200 universities in the world, actively cooperates with leading Russian universities. This cooperation opens up new opportunities for the development of science and innovation". - the Vice–rector emphasized.

Anna Kocharova, Head of International Projects at Rosatom Quantum Technologies, presented the company's main research areas and shared her experience in international cooperation with JV Kvant.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to strengthen scientific and innovative ties, implement joint research projects and develop partnerships in the field of personnel training.
