A large-scale job fair "MansapStart" was held at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University: the first steps to a successful career.
The "MansapStart" job fair, organized by the Office of Professional Development and Career, was held at the Keremet Student Service Center of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The main purpose of the event is to support students and graduates in building careers and developing partnerships with leading employers in Kazakhstan.
This year, the fair brought together more than 30 companies and organizations, including QSamruk.kz, Air Astana JSC, Almaty International Airport, Huawei Technologies Kazakhstan, Nestle Food Kazakhstan, EFES Kazakhstan, Lukoil, KPMG, PwC, Kcell, Beeline, Technodom, Sika Central Asia, Rixos Almaty, Ramada Almaty, Aiplus, Nazarbayev Intellectual Schools and other major employers. The participants presented current vacancies, internship programs and internship opportunities to the students.
During the day of work of MansapStart, the site was visited by over 2,000 students and graduates of KazNU interested in professional growth and employment. The employers conducted individual interviews, career consultations and presentations of corporate programs. According to the results of the fair, more than 150 students received internship invitations, and over 70 received preliminary job offers.
The university management expressed gratitude to the partners for their active participation and support of youth initiatives aimed at developing the country's human resources potential.
As a result of the event, it is planned to expand the partner network, update the memorandums of cooperation and conclude new internship agreements. In addition, guest lectures, master classes and career meetings with company representatives will be held at KazNU in the near future.
In the spring of 2026, Al-Farabi Kazakh National University will hold a large-scale Career Forum that will bring together representatives of business, education and government agencies. The forum will become an open platform for dialogue on current labor market trends, the development of future skills and the integration of graduates into the professional environment.
