International Title “International Professional Engineer Educator (iPEER)”

On November 5, the professors of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University were awarded certificates confirming the international title “International Professional Engineer Educator (iPEER)”.
This honorable recognition was granted to university lecturers who successfully passed the external professional certification conducted by the international organization ENTER under the Erasmus+ EduFusion NSG project.

The iPEER title acknowledges the lecturers’ high professional and engineering competence, as well as their commitment to implementing innovative and sustainable teaching approaches aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goal 4 (Quality Education).

“Being recognized as an iPEER educator is not only a personal milestone, but also evidence that our university meets international standards in developing quality, innovative, and sustainable engineering education,” the KazNU faculty emphasized.

The Erasmus+ EduFusion project aims to modernize engineering education in Central Asia, strengthen professional certification for educators, and enhance the academic quality of engineering programs.
