Comprehensive Research on the Legal Regulation of Organic Agriculture in Kazakhstan

In the modern world, environmental sustainability and food safety issues are becoming increasingly important. The development of organic agriculture is considered one of the key directions for ensuring public health, preserving natural resources, and forming a sustainable economy for future generations.

In the Republic of Kazakhstan, the development of organic production is strategically significant for the agricultural sector. Improving the quality of agricultural products, protecting the environment, and expanding the export potential of national producers require scientifically grounded approaches to improving the legal regulation of this field.

This research project is aimed at a comprehensive analysis of the legal aspects of the production and circulation of organic agricultural products in Kazakhstan. The study is conducted taking into account the interdisciplinary nature of the problem, combining approaches from law, economics, and agricultural science. Researchers from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University are involved in studying mechanisms for the development of organic production.

The main objective of the project is to develop scientifically justified proposals for improving the legal regulation of organic agriculture. To achieve this goal, the current legislation is analyzed, gaps and contradictions in the regulatory framework are identified, and international experience in regulating organic production is studied.

The system for confirming the origin and quality of organic products plays a key role in increasing consumer trust. Transparency in production and product circulation processes contributes to the formation of fair competition and the development of the national organic product market.

The project also considers economic incentives for organic production. State support for producers, tax benefits, and investment mechanisms can become important factors in the sustainable development of agriculture.

The study of international experience is of great importance. A comparative legal analysis of the regulatory systems of the European Union, Asian countries, and other regions is conducted in the field of organic agriculture regulation. The obtained results make it possible to adapt international standards to the national conditions of Kazakhstan.

Based on scientific research, proposals are planned for introducing amendments to the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including laws regulating the production and circulation of organic products.

Consumer protection is an important area of the project. Ensuring public access to safe and environmentally friendly food products is one of the priority tasks of modern society. Therefore, improving the system of labeling, certification, and quality control of organic products is considered a key element of the research.

Modern scientific methods of data collection and analysis are used during the project. These include the analysis of regulatory documents, expert interviews, sociological surveys, and geospatial data analysis.

The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the obtained results to improve state policy in the agricultural sector. The developed recommendations can be used by government bodies when preparing regulatory acts and strategic programs for agricultural development.

The social effect of the project is associated with improving the quality of life of the population by increasing access to environmentally friendly food products. The development of organic production contributes to strengthening public health and rational use of natural resources.

During the implementation of the project, the principles of scientific ethics are strictly observed. Data falsification, plagiarism, and distortion of scientific results are not allowed. All publications will be prepared in accordance with international scientific standards.

It should be noted that the research is carried out using the scientific potential of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University. University scientists conduct research aimed at developing organic agriculture and improving the legal regulation of this industry.

The project results are planned to be published in international scientific journals and presented at scientific conferences. In addition, a monograph, a textbook, and analytical materials will be prepared.

In conclusion, this research project is aimed at forming a scientific basis for improving the legal regulation of organic agriculture in Kazakhstan. The obtained results may contribute to the development of the agricultural sector, improvement of environmental safety, and creation of a sustainable system of organic product production.
