Training Course for the Staff of ATLANTIC-DENT Dental Clinic on «Marketing in Healthcare»
On March 18–19, 2026, a free training course was held for the employees of the ATLANTIC-DENT dental clinic on the topic “Marketing in Healthcare.” The event was organized in alignment with the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goal No. 9, “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure,” and was aimed at developing modern managerial and marketing competencies in the field of medical services.
Key representatives of the center took part in the training, including the head, managers, a marketing specialist, as well as medical staff. Such an interdisciplinary composition of participants made it possible to ensure a comprehensive approach to studying issues related to the promotion of medical services, covering both managerial and clinical aspects of the organization’s activities.
The course was primarily designed for specialists involved in management, promotion, and interaction with patients. The program covered актуal tools of medical marketing, including analysis of patient consumer behavior, development of value propositions, expansion of digital communication channels (SMM, targeted advertising, content marketing), as well as reputation management of medical organizations in both online and offline environments. Particular attention was paid to improving service quality, building patient trust, and adhering to ethical standards in the promotion of medical services.
The key objectives of the training course included attracting new patients, improving the financial sustainability of the medical center, strengthening the company’s business reputation, and enhancing the professional image of doctors in the medical services market. Additional topics included increasing patient loyalty, retaining the client base, and developing long-term relationships with the target audience.
In modern understanding, medical marketing represents a comprehensive system that includes goals, objectives, methods, and tools aimed at the effective development and promotion of medical organizations, individual specialists, and the services they provide. Its importance is driven by the high level of competition in the healthcare sector, the need to implement innovative approaches and digital solutions, as well as the growing demands of patients for the quality and accessibility of medical care.
Thus, the course contributed to improving the professional level of the ATLANTIC-DENT dental clinic staff, expanding their practical marketing skills, and forming a strategic vision for the development of the medical center in the context of the digital transformation of healthcare.
