I'm Nurman Nuptekeev, was born on December 13, 1980 in the village of Akzhazyk in the Panfilov district of Taldykorgan region in the village of shopan Auli. In 1987, he entered the Russian class of the Panfilov boarding school in the city of Pafilov (later transferred to Zharkent), then in 1991 he moved to the Kazakh class of the Zhambyl secondary school in the village of Akzhazyk, graduated from school with honors in 1997, in the same year he became a student of the Faculty of Oriental Studies of the Kazakh National University named after al-Farabi. In 2004, he received a diploma with honors from this university in the specialty teacher of Chinese language and Chinese literature, translator of Chinese, referent, left for a teaching position in the same department. 1999-2000. graduated with honors from the linguistics course at Shanghai University, Shanghai, China under the international student exchange program of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
During my student period, I was involved as a Chinese translator in events and projects at various official levels, and gained extensive experience in translation activities. In addition, he worked as a translator and expert in the companies Aktobemunaigas, Amangeldingaz, expertise of export-import goods of China.
In 2004, Kerimbayeva Shamshat Zhursunbayevna founded a maternity ward and today is a large family raising two sons and two daughters.
From May 2006 to August 2011, he held the positions of Chief Specialist, Deputy Head, Head of the Department of JSC Khorgos Cross-Border Cooperation, Department of External Relations.
Since September 2011, I have been the head of the legal departments for external relations at the Alprof consortium.
From May to April 2012, he worked as Deputy Director of the Almaty Tannery.
Since 2013, he began to engage in individual entrepreneurship in the field of skin treatment. First, we opened workshops for sheepskin tanning, sewing linings, fur coats, jackets, gloves, shoes and felt. Then we bought a cattle skin factory.
2017-2018 I worked as the general director of the Almaty Tannery.
Since 2022, I have been the chairman of the Association of associations of legal entities for processing hides of cattle and small cattle of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since August 2023, I have been the director of the Ekibastuz Tannery.
