SDG №4: A roundtable was held on the topic «Unity in Diversity: The Common Goal of Humanity».

        On November 18, 2024, our university hosted a round table on the topic: «Unity in diversity: The common goal of humanity». The event was attended by students of various nationalities studying at our university, as well as guest speaker Kairat Zhanabaev, associate professor at KazNU and writer. The main goal of the roundtable was to discuss the importance of preserving cultural and linguistic diversity in the context of globalization and the ways to achieve harmony among nations.

      In his keynote speech, writer Kairat Zhanabaev emphasized that cultural and linguistic diversity is not only a valuable heritage of humanity but also a means of strengthening mutual understanding and cooperation. He provided examples of multinational dialogue and highlighted the role of education in this process.

    During the roundtable, participants shared their experiences in preserving national traditions and languages, as well as discussing the challenges faced by multinational societies. Special attention was given to the importance of respecting cultural differences in building lasting unity.
