About activities of the Compliance Control Service
The Compliance Control Service was established at the University in October 2021 and operates on the basis of the approved regulations on the Service.
The main objectives of the Service are:
1) ensuring compliance by the Company and its employees with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on anti-corruption, including the basic principles of anti-corruption, as well as effective implementation of the system of anti-corruption measures, as well as timely monitoring of the implementation of anti-corruption measures.
2) ensuring compliance of the Company's activities with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and internal regulatory documents of the Company.
